Scheduling & Billing Questions
Appointments can be made anytime from 6:45 am to 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday, although flexible scheduling outside of normal business hours may be available upon request. If you need to change an appointment, please give us notice at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Call 205-481-9012.
Insurance & Billing
We work with many health plans and insurance companies so that you can have the most convenient access possible to our services. When you call to make your appointment, we'll be happy to check on the coverage you have and its applicability to our services.
Our insurance department will, as a courtesy, file a claim with your insurer for our services for you. For any portion of our services not covered by your insurance, we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
